How to make a complaint
We're committed to getting things right. If something goes wrong, or you're not happy with how we've handled something, please contact us — we want the opportunity to fix it.
Step 1 — Contact us directly
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 20 business days.
Step 2 — If we can't resolve it
If you're not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Australian Disputes Centre (ADC) — an independent, accredited mediation service.
